What we do with what you send us.

What we collect
Only what you type into the pilot form: property type, the town or region the property is in, your name, your email address, and anything you choose to add. We do not ask for a street address, and you should not send one.
Before the notification e-mail goes out, your application is saved to our own server - that record, not the e-mail, is what we keep and act on. That server is in the United States, so your application is stored outside the EU. We run the machine ourselves, and the record holds only what you typed into the form.
Why, and on what basis
To judge whether your property fits the pilot, and to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).
Who else sees it
Resend (resend.com) delivers the notification email to us and acts as our processor. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or share your details, and there is no mailing list to be added to.
Resend processes your details on servers in Ireland, inside the EU. Resend is a US-incorporated company, and our use of them is governed by Resend's own data processing terms, which cover any access from outside the EU.
How long we keep it
Until the pilot closes, or until you ask us to delete it - whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, ask us to give it to you in a portable format, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hello@kresvik.com. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
Cookies and tracking
There are none. This site sets no cookies, loads nothing from another domain, and runs no analytics.
It does keep one thing in your browser, and only one: if you pick a language, or dismiss the offer to switch, we store that choice under the key kv:lang so we stop asking. It never leaves your browser, it is not an identifier, and it is not sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your site data removes it. The language we suggest comes from your browser’s own language setting — we do not look up your IP address to guess where you are.
Server logs
Our web server keeps standard access logs. Each line records the time, the address requested, the response, your IP address, the browser you used and the page you came from. We do not use these logs for analytics, we do not build profiles from them, and we do not combine them with anything you send through the form. They are deleted automatically after 30 days. What you type into the form is never written to them.
